Company_Incorporation_Type s.r.l.s.

Italian law establishes the possibility of incorporating two different types of limited liability company: s.r.l. aka “società a responsabilità limitata” or s.r.l.s. “società a responsabilità limitata semplificata”.
Law n. 24 March 2012 n. 27, introduced in the Italian civil code article 2463 bis, establishes the possibility of incorporating an s.r.l.s.. The aim of introducing the s.r.l.s. was to encourage young people under the age of 35 to set up their own business.
