Francesca handles issues for foreign clients in the fields of corporate law, civil law and bankruptcy law. She has experience in domestic and International arbitration procedures as well as mediation.
Francesca was awarded an LL.M. in International and Commercial Dispute Resolution by the University of Westminster, London. Over the years, she has dealt with a large number of cross border disputes and domestic and International arbitrations.
Francesca has dual British/Italian nationality and holds a UK passport and thanks to her upbringing and post graduate studies, she is able to understand foreign Clients’ needs and keep up with their expectations. Clients have acknowledged Francesca as a highly dependable lawyer and very professional. She has conducted many law suits for multinational entities and foreign banks as well as EU and non EU citizens. Francesca is adept at taking Clients through the different and complex Italian trial system, choosing the best possible solution to meet Clients’ expectations. She assists numerous Clients both in Court and out of Court.
She has considerable experience in drawing up judicial acts, law suits, contracts and pro veritate legal opinions and has been working with Consulia’s team over the last thirteen years.
